“Excellent staff and room ”

“We were given a key that did not fit the lock. It took the hotel 20 minutes to fix while we had to stand next to the door. Additionally no soap products in the room. They gave them to me at reception when I asked and they apologized. Still for the price we are paying this is a bit annoying . Couch has many big stains.”

“Not sure how this is even classed as a 4*. Rooms closer to a barrack.. doesn’t have shampoo and hair conditioner or body wash so bring your own as they only have a weird water-activated hand soap. When we asked for an ironing board we were told they don’t have any for guests and would only accept dropping our clothes off so long as not linen, with turnaround of 3-4 days… Beds also not comfortable and dirty without a proper cover, only a sheet. Food was rubbish / prison food and depressing, we……

“Lovely suite at this hotel! Very clean! Beautiful views! Parking on site! Breakfast was not complimentary but delicious! The host was fabulous and answered our questions promptly! He provided suggestions for dinner and was very kind and attentive! ”
