「They have had a problem with there hot water system and did not say anything when checking in.I was told by the person at the reservation desk which was very nice that it takes awhile for the hot water to reach the higher floor.I was on the second floor and most people on the 4th floor had the same issue. I waited till night to shower however it was warm not hot.My suggestion is since it is a slow time maybe you should only offer the lower floors to the guest and let them know why.Most people...
