“Exceptionally clean and wonderful staff”

“While it had "historic inn" charm, all the accoutrements and hardware were modern and thoughtfully installed and presented. The bathroom was especially luxurious and even included a large jacuzzi tub. The large room and bathroom were impeccably clean and though we eschewed maid service by displaying a Do Not Disturb card we returned to our room to discover a neatly wrapped bag of fresh towels placed outside the door. The driveway leading uphill to the outbuilding we shared with perhaps four……

“Lovely lodging”

“The fireplace was lovely and the room was cozy and attractive. The bathroom was spacious and clean, however we weren’t able to locate any extra t.p. I would advise people that the staircase going up to the rooms is quite steep. We were able to manage ok, but anyone with difficulty with stairs would have a challenge. The breakfast voucher for breakfast was great and we enjoyed a lovely meal. We also had a wonderful time at The Kate at a Blues concert. Overall, very satisfied with our overnight……

“Great place for families, not far from downtown Middletown! Big comfy beds and rooms. ”

“Great vacay apartment and backyard, slept 5 comfortably, could do 6-8 with kids. Unit was perfectly equipped for our 4 day stay's every need - many fluffy towels, shower gel & shampoo, streaming TV, board games, comfy bedding, every kind of kitchen item, ice and free coffee supplies. Light and sunny apt close to beach, eateries, shops, downtain, train/ferry, Fort Trumbull & Colleges/CGA. The rolling beach cart with beach chairs and towels was perfect for a visit to Ocean Beach or Harkness SP……
