「The floor in the rooms are dirty and smell like cigarette smoke. 」

「Good hotel. Bed was comfortable, lots of space, bath was nice I liked that it had a little kettle to use for tea. Only let down would be the breakfast, nothing special at all, even some of the steam buns were too hard to eat. I think if it was included in the cost it would be fine but you have to pay extra for it and it wasn't worth it. Location is great for the train station but didn't see much else around locally. Gym was well stocked with machines. We expected a bit more for its star rating...
