「This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again.」

Så vores lille datter på 2 år, sov på gulvet på en hynde vi havde taget i receptionen, da de ikke vil tilbyde hjælp. Vi kom kl 23, og der var ingen opredning til børnene. Det fik vi så dag 2.
