"Loved the accommodation"

"We booked a stay for July 19th 2024. We were going to stay one night after watching the Tour de France on Isola 2000. We left early in the morning with a Eta of 11am. They closed the road at 10am 9 miles from the hotel. The tour was going to finish around 5pm. We had to turn around. It was crazy traffic. We contacted the Sowell via email through expedia and the email they sent us. It was a special situation and we would like a refund. They never answered both emails. Very disappointed.. "

"Non ho incontrato alcun personale. Struttura vecchia, non in ordine. Camera sporca. Non capisco come possa essere considerato un residence a 4 stelle. Leggete bene le istruzioni. Il personale c'è solo in alcune ore e se volete degli asciugamani dovete pagare un extra."

"Personnel au top ! Dommage que certains détails ait gâché les aspects positifs. Matelas de la chambre principale à jeter (la moitié est écrasé et tombe sur le côté). Impossible de dormir correctement pendant une semaine, c'est dur... La plaque de cuisson est très cheap (l'eau ne parvient même pas à bouillir en étant au max). L'appart est assez sombre. Pour le reste, c'est top ! Skiroom au pied des pistes, étant général de l'établissement tout neuf et agréable, bien situé. En revanche, ne...
