“The hotel itself is beautiful. The restaurants are so nice. The biggest issue was there was a DJ until 2 am on the rooftop. It was SO loud that even either noise cancelling headphones and white noise on, we got no sleep until after 2 am.”

In all the years I’ve stayed at hotels, I’ve always been informed of any additional charges before they were applied. I do not agree to pay a fee that was never disclosed to me.
