“Our stay at the Delamar West Hartford was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel right at home. “This was an amazing stay. Renee is a great host. She is clean, personable, and professional. The home is very cozy, and while still a work in progress, the outdoor area is beautiful and teeming with potential. This is not a hotel or a motel, understanding this, do not expect the starchy atmosphere of those places, but instead appreciate the friendly, homely vibe. If you’re looking for somewhere reasonably priced, clean, and cozy, this is a great spot.”

“The innkeepers were extememly accomadating. They made dinner reservations for us and offered suggestions of activities. Breakfast was fantastic. Before we left, we picked apples from the onsite orchard. Highly reccomended.”

“I stayed for two nights, and the apartment was clean (always important to me!), pretty, with a comfortable bed. It might be noted that there is a downstairs apartment as well, which I don't think was described on the website. I mention this only because of possible noise issues - I did hear music played from around 6-8 pm, but all was quiet after that. The setting is lovely, and the host was great - friendly and flexible. Overall an excellent stay.”
