“The balcony I chose couldn’t see the sunset, and the room was very small, the toilet didn’t even have an exhaust, the air conditioner was very noisy, and there were two doors in the room leading to the next door, although it was sealed, it felt unsafe, and the sound insulation was particularly poor”

“Stayed at the Art Ovation for a family trip to attend the Ringling College Graduation. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. I just get better and better. The location is great. Staff are helpful and gracious. Hope the keep the property up to date because the location is VERY popular.”

“Very cool place and staff.the rooms were clean .pool area and outside bar nice as well.only thing valet area was a bit tight. The valet service was very promt in parking and delivering cars ”

“Stayed in a recently renovated section of the hotel & there could have been more attention to overall cleaning of bathrooms & better upkeep overall. Lovely access to the beach so we likely return for the beach access alone. ”

“We found a cockroach in the bathroom and had tiny ants on the counter so the unit needs to be fumigated for sure. They had 3 pools which was great and not a far walk to the beach. ”

“The condo was just as it was described. Everything was clean when we got there. There were plenty of great beach toys. Matt’s communication was spot on! Really enjoyed our time and was worth the money!”

“Nice rooms next to the pool. Clean. All basic amenities except you need to buy your own coffee. Good size kitchen. Pullout couch/bed is brand new and pretty comfortable. ”

“The property was quite beautiful and accurate to what the pictures show. Unfortunately, we needed to end our stay early because we noticed there were some bugs and couldn’t keep peace of mind staying after making the discovery. In light of this, we requested a partial refund for the night we did not stay, however the property owner was unresponsive. We followed up on this request multiple times, until finally receiving notice days later that it was denied. Overall, the lack of communication and……

“It was close to the beach, had a nice hot tub around back, was clean, and had all the tv channels. I didn’t like how small it was, they didn’t provide any shampoo/conditioner, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. ”

“This is a completely remodeled property with 4 California King beds and (1) room with bunk beds. (4) full baths. 15 Yards from the beach and two blocks from the Village. This is a great location I will surely be returning to. Enjoy!”
