“Nice staff and clean”

“El hotel se encuentra en mal estado. Reservamos 1 noche donde únicamente pasamos el día, ya que nuestro shin a Alia de Olbia a las 11pm. Cuando llegamos, el ascensor principal estaba malogrado y cuando teníamos que subir por el de servicio, se malogró también y tuvimos que esperar a que lo reparen para poder subir con nuestras maletas . El aire acondicionado del cuarto era insuficiente y tuvimos mucho calor. La cortina estaba rota. En el baño, dentro de la ducha encontramos un jabón usado……

“Clean room, air conditioning worked great, delicious full breakfast buffet with cappuccino machines! The only complaint is the room was so bright as the curtains were super thin/see through and the light on the outside was on all night shining through the room.”

“Upon arrival, we discovered that the patio door to our room was broken. When I pointed out that the door handle wasn’t fully attached, it literally fell off in my hand. The door did not close or lock properly, making the room feel unsafe, especially since it was on the ground floor with direct access from the lawn. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the staff initially tried to convince us that everything was normal. They eventually relocated us, but the replacement room was much smaller, had……
