"The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are very helpful. My only suggestions would be to improve on the breakfasts served every morning. No change each day. Also the programming offered on Television are not catering to English speaking visitors at all. Other than that I highly recommend the hotel, the location is ideal. "

"I arrived late at night, and I couldn't find the entrance to the hotel. The fist floor is being renovated and the temporar entrance is through a door on the back of the building. The hotel should have notified me, giving instructions on how, and where to check in. The breafast was good"

"I would recommend this hotel to anybody, my experience here was atrocious. I arrived to this hotel travelling from Istanbul late at night. Upon arriving my hotel room was dirty. Noone had changed the sheets, bins, cleaned the toilets, picked up rubbish etc. Disgusting We was sent to another room to change, in there the bathroom tap was broken, stank so bad and dirty. We were given our room after couple of hours. We were late for our event that we came to batman for. Not happy at all that i had...
