“Decided to visit St Augustine and chose to stay in a nice hotel by rating’s and was not disappointed staff was wonderful room was nice quiet and comfortable nice amenities and convenient to the historic district and I will go back and stay longer. ”

“Wonderful staff and great little lobby bar. Though the property is a little dated, it’s very clean and provides a little old school nostalgia with the rock fountains in the center courtyard. We’ll stay here again. ”

“All staff members that we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance from all the historic sites and multiple trolley stops are near by. Our room was clean, spacious, well decorated, and very comfortable. My only recommendation would be sturdier chairs for the table in the room, they felt shaky. I would definitely book another stay.”

“Beautiful gardens ”

“Stayed here for a week with my family and we had a great time. Great location and all of the amenities we needed. Only thing missing was beach chairs but we made do. ”

“The property was sufficient for our needs. It was clean. One area of concern was that the sliding back door was difficult to close.I'm not sure it closed at all. It needs some updating with that. The area was safe. The beach was beautiful and the pool with the hot tub area was great for the kids. Good location. Great breakfast spot nearby. Of course St Augustine nearby with lots to do in the town. ”

“The home was very nice and clean and 3 BD/2BR was exactly what my family needed. As a matter of fact, we stay in Tallahassee and are going to pick our son up from UNF in Jacksonville tomorrow and I am about to see if there is availability at this place ---- that's how much we all liked it. I highly recommend it and I would give them 10 stars if I could. ”

“Very clean; excellent place to stay!”

“My husband and I just wanted a quick weekend getaway so we could visit the downtown area. The resort was nice because it was far away from all the noise, and located right off the beach, yet close enough to drive to all the downtown happenings. Our room was clean, and had more than enough space for us. The furnishings were comfortable, and there was also a nice sized balcony for outdoor dining and entertaining. The pool was downstairs as well as a cute boardwalk to the beach. The beach was super……
