「The door to my room was left open before I arrived so the room had several insects inside. The staff also didn't seem prepared for international guests. The view from the facility is very nice, but overall the hotel looks a bit poorly maintained compared to the pictures.」

「The service from staff was excellent attentive and kind. Unfortunately the hotel was extremely difficult to find because every major map app including the map on the Orbitz listing was wrong. We walked around for almost an hour trying to find it.」
