“The customer service at this hotel was EXCELLENT. Sherica was VERY helpful and made my check in effortless. That set the tone for a great experience. Wish we were here longer than one day but we will come here without hesitation. We had a wonderful balcony room. The view was AMAZING. Checkout was easy and communication to check to ensure we were comfortable was greatky appreciated. Kudos to this property for great customer catering and interaction. ”

“The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during……

“Very nice facility. Pools are nice and the fitness room is amazing. Stayed in a 1 BR unit so we were not in the towers and they put us on the first floor so view of the ocean was blocked by the dunes. Would prefer to say in the towers which are 3-4 BR units. Will bring guests next time. Would be nice to have a bar by the pool, but there re plenty within walking distance. ”

“There was nothing to dislike. Everyone is friendly and help out when something went wrong. Great eating places to eat through you must shop to bring food to the condominium.”

“This was my second time staying at this particular Condominium and it is by far my favorite place in Perdido! Condo and entire experience is perfection :)”

“Likes The view, pool and beach were awesome. Room was very nice and clean. Great location as easy parking. Dislikes People smoked on there balcony’s so it made it tough to enjoy sitting outside on our balcony. Would be better if vacation rental place gave check in information earlier than day of check in. We were out of cell phone reception for most of the day and it made it stressful trying to get into the resort at midnight. Would be nice to have a starter pack of coffee in room……

“The property as a whole as well as the unit itself was clean and updated with a great view. However, the staff and many of the guests were rude, disrespectful, and racist to say the least. My guest and I were singled out several times by staff members, my kids were uncomfortable and my spouse was ready to leave the property less than 3 minutes after checking in due to the negative energy and atmosphere. The property staff members as well as other guests have no issue displaying their hate. When……

“Place was perfect HOA never sent parking passes over so we were hassled constantly to get in.”

“It was nice but woke up to an extremely loud noise at 5:30 am. ”

“Overall was a great trip! Only down fall was the group of college kids that came in and were loud and disruptive but security did take care of them quickly ”
