“The Hotel provides excellent service. The hotel room is clean and the facility is new. The hotel is located at around 15-minute distance to the city centre. Das Hotel, der mit sauberen Zimmern und neue Einrichtungen gibt, ist ausgezeichnet. Es dauert 15-minuten zu Fuß gehen zwischen das Hotel und die Stadtmitte. 這家酒店服務非常好。無論房間和設施都相當新淨。由旅館走到舊城區的市中心, 大約需要15分鐘的步程。”

“Struttura più che buona, personale molto professionale e attento ai clienti, colazione eccellente in linea con gli altri hotel Falkensteiner in cui ho avuto modo di soggiornare. Spa di dimensioni contenute ma molto apprezzata.”

“居然是前后楼，不明白为什么给安排在了后楼。就好像去了员工区，心里不爽。 早餐另算，而且还很贵。”

“Hotel staff are friendly, Hotel location is good, near Blumenthal Church, only ten minutes to the railway station on foot, five minutes by tram. Many tram stations near the hotel, easy to take the tram to historical spot. Post office and Tesco near the hotel.”

“斯洛伐克必须说是一个过于陌生的国家，尽管布拉迪斯拉发就挨着维也纳，但也能明显感觉到跟西欧国家的差距。google没有列举任何公交车，以至于我们从桥头飞碟底下的停车场出来后，完全不知道该怎么乘坐交通工具（当地人英语水平比较捉急），我们原本设定的拖着行李箱走到酒店的计划，也被老城的石板路和一路的上坡所拖累。所以还是建议大家，尽量订老城内的酒店，这一家确实有点偏。 不过好消息是这家门口其实是有公交车的，并且直达首都汽车站（我们要由此去布达佩斯），而这一家的服务又是那么的好，是住过的bestwestern中感觉最好的一个。”
