“Lovely hotel…beautifully decorated lobby areas, restaurants and rooms. My room had a gorgeous view of downtown Dallas at night. Rooftop is super hip. Restaurants are delicious. Staff is very respectful and attentive. I was in town visiting my daughter and will stay again for my next visit! Cheers! ”

“Took over an hour for them to check us in. And then I made sure the other travelers in our party wouldn’t have to wait as long and that their rooms would be ready. Two of them had their rooms ready when they arrived. The other ones had to wait 30 minutes to an hour also. When we got into our room. There was a wet spot, dog food and hair still on the bathroom floor. Housekeeping came up and cleaned it right away, but it was pretty gross walking into that. The bed really comfortable. “Loved the vibe here! In classic Ritz-Carlton style, as you walk into the hotel, you can breathe in the aromas which are very unique to each hotel. Then you hear your favorite Rolling Stones song piped in overhead. The staff was so friendly and the food was distinctively prepared. The bar was a nice rest stop after a day of tours. The weather was unsettled so the patio was not open. It looked like a great place to gather with friends!”

“The property itself was fine, though there were some issues like the shower not draining properly, missing door handle to the closet, light bulbs out in the bathroom. The biggest issue was communication with Regal Stays. I initially booked for four days and had to extend it. When I called to extend the satay a guy answered who seemed to be at home or in a loud area. I didn’t get any official receipt for my extension, he just sent me a link to pay. But there was no confirmation email or text,……
