“Very bad, old and dirty!!! This hotel is totally ruined my holiday. When I first arrived, I hope I can do a fast check in and order some food at the room because it is late. But the food is really disgusting. Also, the room cleaning service is awful and slow. I called front desk I need a room cleaning service, meanwhile I can get some food at the hotel. But when I finished my lunch. It took me an hour, but when I go back to my room, they don’t even start. After they finished the cleaning, there……

“Absolutely unacceptable experience at Faena Hotel Miami Beach. - Upon check-in, they put me in a room completely different from what I booked: much smaller, no carpet, no desk, and clearly a lower-tier room. - Had to argue with staff just to be moved into the room category I actually paid for. - Once finally moved, the toilet in that room didn’t even work. She merely gave me a key card and pointed to the elevator. We asked for a pool or ocean facing room, but received a construction facing city view.
