「Fantastic trip with ten dads, middle aged. Fantastic hotel, pools, all inclusive, rooms were perfect for sharing - 2 per room (make sure you message in advance for this), we went for 3 nights, the weather, saxophone player around the pool, restaurants. Only niggle was music turning off at midnight. This hotel is a super fun hotel… not for anyone who wants a quiet getaway. 」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「The hotel and experience from start to finish was 10/10. We ate most of our meals at the hotel because it was soo good! The staff couldnt do enough for you and everyone is so friendly. We loved that we could get fresh pool towels daily and that we were served at our sunbeds all day! We were even given access to the thermal journery in the spa for free and it was such a lovely and spacious spa, highly recommend using it. 「Beautiful hotel with fantastic views, staff and pool areas. Made to feel special from the moment we checked in. Spacious rooms with an extremely comfortable bed. Great options for breakfast and waiter service at pool areas. No sunbed reservations which made finding a sunbed at any time of day easy. Fantastic views meant a bit of a hill to walk back up to hotel, but very cheap taxi fare if you chose not to walk it. 」

「This was our first time at a resort and Tivoli la Caleta Resort has set the bar very high. From the moment we arrived it was excellent service from the bellhop to the attendant to the cleaning staff. We were at the property for five nights and the level of service was high the entire time. 「Room excellent, hotel set up fantastic for small children, but if you want anything extra like to see extra shows or extra visits to themed restaurants you have to pay, and game rooms for kids but again you have to pay」

「Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value. 」

「This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous.
