“房间清洁度好，赠送了水果，如果是去老城区的话，酒店位置不错，距离开发区和机场有一些距离。附近商超也很便利，楼下就是海滨广场和十字街夜市。”

“We had two ocean view rooms at the 22th floor which are nice . Sunrise is amazing to watch . Soft bed , great mattresses . The reason I gave two stars is because the manager of the hotel decided to turn off the A/C even tho it’s 25-28 degrees Celsius in the room . We went to the front desk twice . They just won’t turn on the A/C citing it’s not hot outside ……. There’s no need for A/C. We are all sweaty and didn’t even sleep well. They are only willing to bring up two tower fans which barely and……

“五星级酒店住多了，但是用细致服务与消费者沟通感受的不多，从入住打电话问候房间状况是否满意，到迎宾水果，还有晚上开床后放置的牛奶与手写字条问候，都倍感温馨”

“Almost every staff cannot speak English. So, it is very hard to communicate with them. when I need some help like taking information near by hotel, like order the dinner menu. I should use translate application! It is not good.”
