“When we arrived we never received the text that we were supposed to receive once the property was cleaned. When entered many kitchen items were still dirty and some rooms had a lot of dust. We also didn't have any soap sponges, so we called to get one in the property and we were told that someone would come shortly, but no one did. We then called again the next day and the same thing happened we were told that someone would come and no one did.”

“Very dirty, we had no power/water/heating almost our entire stay and customer service was no helpl at all. Very bad service overall, don’t recommend”

“The environment is great on our second day there we saw a bear. In the cabin had decent amount of dust on decorations but besides that everything was great. I’ll definitely book another cabin in the future!! Once again thank you ”
