Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots. Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”……

“Everything about this place is amazing! The huge room with beautiful views over the lake, the spotless bathroom with luxurious toiletries and plenty of towels and the wonderfully comfortable bed. Also, your breakfast was served every morning on your terrace which was the best way to start the day. Add to that the staff were all so polite but also kind, friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for you. We also used the private spa which was a treat and so relaxing. I cannot recommend this……
