"The room is not clean, and the smell is not fresh. There is hair everywhere, including on the couch and headboard. This is very poor quality for a five-star hotel."

"The hotel ( like many others in Thailand) had a musty smell. I would not rate it a five star hotel as advertised. Overpriced compared to other places I have stayed."

"We loved the massive swimming pool, the incredible gardens manicured to perfection, the beautiful stretch of white sand beach. Perfect for all ages. A courtesy bus runs every 30 minutes to and from Grandworld, only 10 minutes away, where you have the gonola rudes, many shops, cafes and entertainment. Vinwonders theme park and safari park next door too. Our room, garden deluxe (bottom category) was big, lovely balcony with outstanding view, a bathtub and very comfy king size bed. Breakfast included and it was tasty. A fantastic 5 night stay. Perfect "

"It's an e/xcellent hotel for those who want to shop in Terminal 21 and want to use Sky Train for transportation. Very central. It has very large rooms with the city view. Our room also had a micro. Good, varied breakfast. Continental, Chinese and Indian. Nice, large pool area. We'd love to come back."
