“My favorite hotel in Des Moines!”

“Loved the theming of the hotel. Hotel was clean and rooms very good size with lots of amenities. We loved the pool and hot tub that had extended hours for adults on the weekend. Would definitely stay here again for safety of the location, easy access to dining & shopping, and close drive to downtown. ”

“Amazing location Great ambiance ”

“Hotel was conveniently located to the wedding we attended. But because our flight in was cancelled we had to still pay for 3 nights when we only stayed two. Coffee in the room was good but only one cup. ”

“Enjoyed the stay. Was great place to go after going downtown for a bachelor party. Only complaint is the AC in our room wasn’t cooling less than 70 degrees. Love to sleep in the cold and just couldn’t get it colder. ”

“Hotel was nice. Breakfast could need a little work on. Last day we were there they ran out of food in the morning. ”

“several food options close by. Room was comfortable, only issue was the bathroom exhaust fan sounds like a WWII B12 bomber!! terribly loud. Nice hotel would stay again when traveling this way. ”

“Hot tub was extremely hot couldn’t get in, pool was hot tub temp. Rooms couldn’t get cool, way too hot! Breakfast fantastic, front desk friendly!”

“We enjoyed the two room suite - spacious and noise levels were low. We requested an extra blanket but room staff was language challenged we - English /. they- not! Because they gave us a new set of sheets instead! Not a deal breaker but noticeable. ”

“Great rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast had a lot of options and food was kept fresh/hot and fully stocked. ”

“Right across from Drake University. staff is friendly and provided good service.”

“The workers were all amazing! As nice as can be & went above & beyond. The trouble I had was nothing on the floor of the shower to prevent slips. Felt very uncomfortable taking a shower. Also there are no hairdryers. The gentleman working overnight even tried to find me a room with one I could use. Finally found one but then the hairdryer didn’t even work. That’s a small amenity that should be in every room. Those 2 things would have me thinking twice about staying there again.”
