「Pensão maravilhosa! Só tivemos o incoveniente de não ter recebido o email do hotel ,chegando tivemos que entrar em contato com o hotel.com, pois necessitava de código para entrar na pensão . Bastante burocrático para entrar, baixar aplicativo, passar fotos de passaportes etc, 24 horas antes da estadia. E não recebemos o email. Porém , o local é muito bom. O quarto é grande, bonito, com ar condicionado. Única observação é que no quarto a luz de emergência fica em frente a cama,...

「The staff was very courteous and accommodating. They called us when the person doing the cleaning found an iPad, verified that it was ours and while we were ready to take a cab back, they drove it down to where we were on El Camino. Highly recommended. 」

「The check-in desk was in the restaurant located around the corner from the hotel. The clerk handed me four keys on a ring and walked with me to the hotel. The first key opened the building, the second opened a hallway that had four rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third key unlocked the room I booked and the fourth unlocked my private bathroom. As I entered the bedroom, it had an unpleasant smell and I mentioned this to the clerk who had no comment.
