"We were offered an upgrade on our room for an extra £160. We didn't think it was worth the expense, as we only received a few cans of coke cola, two bottles of water and two cans of gin. One evening in the restaurant I ordered a cornish steak and ale pie meal which was inedible. Very chewy meat, this was returned. I did however have a meal replacement at no cost. Excellent location but I have been in much nicer hotels with better facilities. I would give it 7 out of 10 ."

"I stayed before the London Marathon. Butter time is arrived I just need to be off my feet and resting it wasn’t until I’d unpacked my things I realised there was a hole in the toilet bowl and the air-con was showing fault code and wasn’t working. I didn’t want the hassle of changing rooms at that point. These should be picked up during housekeeping checks. No kettle in the room but hot water provided by reception. Bed sheets wet plasticky too. Very very average overall. "

"Was no heating in room and felt the staff was not safe with other coustomers being drunk and had to ark for tea and milk for the room "

"Very clean room and good amenities. Rooms are modest but have everything you need and 5 minutes walk from the Elizabeth line. "
