It's as lovely as you expect it to be

It's a very nice place to stay. No major complains. The only issue we've experiences is the restaurant menu limitations.

The staff were shockingly rude

I had an unfortunate experience at this hotel. The staff were shockingly rude, unapologetic and utterly incompetent, making my family's stay unbearable. We needed to pay for extra room as advertised extra bedroom in Family Room size is like a windowless wardrobe, reminiscent in size to a coffin. Despite promises, there was no sea view to be found, and to top it off, they forgot to provide any linen for my child. A complete disappointment from start to finish!

Dejligt hotel, roligt og lydtætte værelser. Virkelig smuk beliggenhed med gode muligheder for oplevelser. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne igen, selvom vi har lidt der kan forbedres. Hovedpuderne var ikke de bedste, det ville have været rart med et alternativ. Der var hverken tallerken eller bestik, en skål til lidt chips og vandglas ville højne oplevelsen.
