「There is lots of space in the apartment, and the balcony with the window opening on to it from the main bedroom is a treasure. The spacious cupboards and closets are cleverly designed. 「Very well located near the center of Bilbao and not far from the Guggenheim museum, an appartment with lots of shadow. Nice in hot days. Preparations and payments took some effort and communication, but we managed. When we were there, the fridge did not close well, so we really had to take attention to make sure it was closed. Car can be parked easily at Aparcamiento Plaza Euskadil for about 15 euro per 24 hrs. This parking garage is about 15 min walk away from the appartment. 」

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
