“Our family stayed here for a full week. It was just as described. We spent many hours walking in the woods, sitting outside and watching the wildlife. We were able to communicate with the owner whenever we needed, and they were prompt to respond. Check-in and out were simple and quick. We really enjoyed our time away from it all. The only con of the visit---the fish were not biting ;) We would recommend this place for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and just enjoy nature.……

“Very nicely redone. Very quiet and clean. A suggestion...shower needs some type of bar or handle for safety reasons... especially older visitors. One note... little black ants showed up in the kitchen this morning. I used the kitchen to brush my teeth and left the toothbrush on a paper towel. It was covered in ants this morning. Terra would help eliminate the problem. Great stay.”

“I had the pleasure of bringing my small family at this charming bungalow for Mother's Day weekend. It was an ideal place to prepare and eat good meals, play cards and board games, watch 2 DVD's (a nice collection was there), and the sleeping accomodations were ideal for the 4 of us. We also enjoyed being outside on the back porch area. The neighborhood was quite. We will definitely make arrangements to return there - perhaps make it a yearly tradition!”

“We stayed at the house in order to attend a wedding in Anderson. The location was close to things we needed and to the lake. The drive to Anderson was not bad. The house had everything we needed for the weekend. My only suggestion would be to get a drain stopper for the tub to make it easier to give little ones a bath. Thank you for your hospitality.”
