「Overall is good and clean I」

「The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.」

「Staff is super nice and helpful Location is just few minutes walk to restaurant, supermarket and public transport 」

「We always stay at The Motley when visiting Melbourne CBD for the night. Fantastic location, excellent facilities and great staff. We will be back」

「Big room, clean and tidy. Easy check in and check out」

「nice room pls, well-detailed, functional and comfortable. convenient power outlets well-placed…In GR the Lighting controls could be more clearly identified and operated… The be is great but the pillow are terrible, too hard and too big… location is great. Bathroom and Shower design are good, BUT, shower head holder needs adjustment to stay in place…. Space for luggage is great - luggage bench, hanging and drawers all good. Overall decor fresh and contemporary! Well come back! JHM」

「it is a very special living experience which is like a co-working place and meanwhile front counter's service is friendly, hotel staying is cozy.」

「Very comfortable mattress!! 」

「提供早餐，每天有微小變化。也有中式白粥、蒸餃、燒賣。健身房有飲水機，方便水壺裝水外出飲用。」

「Perfect location for a work trip + concert at rod laver, short walk to tram stops. Easy check in and clean rooms. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and the washer/dryer didn’t work as advertised. Great spot for a short weekend stay.」

「有免費飲品時間，亦提供咗免費泊車，好似係會員優惠，慳返好多泊車錢，酒店風格比較摩登，浴室燈光會暗少少，不過整體設施都現代化，好適合商務旅行嘅人」

「very impressive, clean and comfortable 」

「The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram station just right in front of the main entrance. Lots of dining choices within 5 minutes walking distance. The overall maintenance of the premises is good, the high-speed WiFi service is unbeatable. The only two complaints are perhaps the (a bit) unstable supply of hot shower water, and the reading light in the master bed room couldn’t be fixed due to lack of spare parts. But in sum, a nice stay with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff.」

「地毯不夠乾淨，有塵埃。企浴位置去水不好。不明白為何馬桶沒有馬桶蓋？如果酒店能夠提供拖鞋比較好。 大堂職員態度親切有善，能夠解決我所有疑問」
