Terrible experience
Electricity went off for over 6 hours. My son and I were sweating and so uncomfortable that I checked out a day early. I need a refund for a full day to prevent filing a lawsuit.

Overall, I like the hotel and the hospitality of all staffs were superb. The staffs were accommodating especially when there was a problem, caring, polite, respectful and professional.
