Beautiful property, entry stairs difficult to maneuver with luggage. Refrigerator didn't make ice. AC doesn't kick on till 78 degrees! No staff to contact, all by phone/text. Some of us still like someone to speak with directly. Was a great location. Quiet, in a nice area.

The property is in a great location and is large enough for a group. Unfortunately our cabin had a moldy shower curtain, food crumbs in a dishcloth pulled from a basket, 3 long black hairs in sheets on bed and hair all over baseboards in bathroom. The morning we were to depart. a pair of underwear was found on the shelf where we grabbed bedding to replace the hairy sheets from. Requested a discount from the owner perhaps the fee paid to the cleaners that didn’t clean before we came and basically was accused of lying because I had tried to rebook last minute because the birthday girl we were celebrating, her mom had a serious medical emergency and was in the hospital. She was able to come so we didn’t cancel or re-book. We drove 3.5 hrs to stay there. After the hairs were found we were offered housekeeping on day one but didn’t want someone to come in with our valuables out and didn’t want to leave for the amount of time it would take to clean it properly. It was after finding the underwear that had me asking the owner for some customer service. Even after texting with her she didn’t apologize but was very defensive even after sending her pictures. She at one point offered a free night but not one of the three of us want to go back there after our experience.
