I liked nothing about the property, the first room was dirty, it had bug everywhere, dirty tray in the room and moldy refrigerator. The door in addition would not lock . When reported the door situation, the staff gave us another dirty room with no curtain in the shower, bugs all over the room and the refrigerator full of mold .

Property was very nasty. The rooms were dirty. The mattress on the bed looked like somebody died in it. Ask for another room. No extra lock on that room. People living in that motel long term. Plumbing was bad. The first room looked like the toilet was leaking. The second room they put me in wouldn't even flush to look paper. There were people walking around at all times of good night. Look like a few of the people around there were selling drugs. There was a car in the parking lot with No license plate. Expire tags on the window. A lot of riff left hanging around. Just Over all real dirty and run down hotel.

This time, I booked Baymont by Wyndham in Abilene, Texas, for two separate stays related to a work training. After viewing the room during my first stay, I cancelled the second reservation. The condition of the property did not match the images shown online. The exterior had visible litter, including cigarette butts, bottles, and shoes. Due to the demanding nature of the training, I did not allocate time to speak with management about canceling or switching rooms. The room had a stained comforter, so I removed it and purchased cleaning supplies, a new pillow, and a comforter. There was a sticky residue on the TV stand, stains on the wall near the sink, and a hanger left behind. The shower curtain was stained, the tub drained poorly, and the water temperature was inconsistent. The desk chair also appeared unclean. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was terribly disappointed in this property considering it is affiliated with Wyndham. The floor was very dirty, including water running out from under a wall. Bathroom door was loose and did not close without aid. Beds appeared ruffled as if they had not been changed, although the sheets did appear clean. The parking lot was littered with trash. Sad experience for over $100

This place was like something from a horror movie. The room wasn’t cleaned after the previous people. The sink, tub and toilet were disgusting. There was food trash left inside and outside of the room. Bugs on the bed and floor. Drugged out people knocked on the car door when we got there and there were lots of drunk/high people out wondering around the property at 1 am. We didn’t stay. We got a refund and found another place to stay.

Absolutely disgusting! I didn’t expect a mansion for the price I paid however for $130/nt I expected a clean room with clean sheets. You cannot call to the front desk because it rings for five minutes before it disconnects you. When you ask for a clean sheets, even showing the photos you took of the disgusting stained and/or dirty sheets, and blankets that were on your bed you are scoffed at and made out to be a problem from the front desk attendant. The shower is horrid! I’ve got the air conditioner turned down to 58 and it is still sweltering in this room, not to mention the contact high you get from walking to the ice machine… I would absolutely never stay here again, and I know than what I know now! I wish there was a way I could show these photos…

The property is in poor repair. The television didn't work and was hanging from the wall. Wall lamps didn't work and/or didn't have bulbs in them. The breakfast was poorly supplied. Someone from a corporate office should do a surprise inspection to determine how poorly run the hotel is. I would not visit or stay in another Wyndham property.
