“Posizione ottima in una strada secondaria senza traffico, a pochi passi dal mare. La cittadina di Montesilvano è ricca di locali,ristoranti e supermercati. Casa spaziosa e ben riscaldata.dotazioni essenziali, ma con tutto il necessario per una vacanza. Indicazioni per il check-in chiare e semplici. Comunicazioni con l'host molto veloci. Sicuramente da consigliare.”

“Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als es auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber unf gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin verlief unproblematisch, sie ist sehr nett. Wir waren bereits zum 2ten mal hier und werden sicher nochmal kommen.”

La posizione in collina permette di godere di un clima più fresco, garantendo comunque un facile accesso alla spiaggia libera appena più sotto. Nei dintorni si trovano sia paesi nell'entroterra che meritano una visita, sia spiagge incontaminate come Punta Aderci.Gaia e Gianluca sono stati sempre disponibili sia per consigli su ristoranti, sia per prontamente risolvere un piccolo problema……

“The home was absolutely wonderful for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The host was amazing and was available when needed. There was plenty of space for us all and we would definitely recommend this place. The beach was a 15 minute drive. The home was in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. If there was one down side it would have to be the shower. The shower was relatively small for a big person. But other than that everything else was great. Oh and parking was on the main street……

“Perfekte Unterkunft! Eine bessere Küchenausstattung bekommt man in einer italienischen Ferienwohnung nicht (25 Jahe Erfahrung mit italienischen Ferienwohnungen). Auch deshalb waren wir bereits zum 3.ten mal da. Der Checkin ist völlig unproblematisch. Man kann auf Englisch per WhatsApp oder über den FeWo Chat kommunizieren und es wird sofort geantwortet. Der Salzwasserpool ist optimal und brennt überhaupt nicht in den Augen. Der Pool ist auch für kleinere Kinder optimal und sehr sauber (tägliche……
