「The room is very tidy and nice. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.」

「Good」

「Would like to give thanks to Shangri-la Qaryat Al Beri at Abu Dhabi team for making our 27th wedding anniversary memorable. Sarbina of Guest Relations has spent extra thoughts in decorating our room before we checked in the hotel. We are very pleased with the brilliant decoration. We have tried the 2 restaurants Shang Palace and Bord Eau and in both restaurants, food and services are super awesome.」

「The service is great, especially the front desk staffs. They offered us a suite room as they asked if this is our 1st time to Abu Dhabi or Dubai & we say yes. The room is super big, with a large balcony facing the swimming pool downstairs. The breakfast is great, yummy with various of choices, worths adding to your package. 」

「GREAT」

「A great stay at the Rotana, the staff are fantastic and amenities spot on. Our room could have done with a bit of an update, the shower seal was leaking, and bidet wasn’t fully working but other than that great value for money and breakfast was lovely, we would definitely stay again.」

「Everything excellent.」
