Il resort “Andalus " è una bella struttura con all'interno localini dove si può fare colazione, pranzo,cena per tutti i gusti , un supermercato ben fornito, una spa e una stupenda vasta zona relax all'aperto con tre piscine di cui una con idromassaggio . Alla reception si trovano molti itinerari interessanti per visite ed escursioni ,tutto questo rende l'Hotel un'ottima location per soggiorni piacevoli ma il fiore all'occhiello è il personale con la sua disponibilità,attenzione e cordialità in ogni momento come in questo caso il "solito" Preshant della reception che alla nostra richiesta e venuto subito a prenderci in camera . Grazie Andalus...è stato tutto molto bello...

We were all pleasantly surprised by the resort. During the time of the booking it wasn't easy to find enough information but the minute we checked in, I was reassured we had made the right choice. Everything from the rooms to the overall ambience and facilities of the resort and from the restaurants to the mall next door were of the highest quality. La chambre est très bien et le personnel fait son travail correctement. Ce qui est original, il ne s'agit pas d'un "simple hotel" mais plutôt "un petit appartement dans un village". Ce village est à proximité d'un mall carefour où je faisais mes courses... A l'intérieur du village il y a plusieurs type de restaurants et une piscine. C'est très agréable pour les familles

From the beginning to the end of our stay this resort was absolutely amazing, the staff from every section of the hotel were so attentive and helpful with me and my family. One bedroom was big. No "in hotel" restaurant as such, but restaurants on site. The Italian restaurant is where they do breakfast, but not until 7am which was too late for me. No bar, which was OK, unless you want an alcoholic beverage. There is a supermarket next door to buy breakfast things and food if needed. Kitchen utensils were limited. 2nd floor room had low water pressure for shower. But adequate. It was fine and I would stay again, but may not be first choice.

Good value to price for ADIPEC Conference. Free morning shuttle to Conference. On-site pool and gym is a plus. Good selection of separately run resturants around hotel premesis. Large sized rooms with reasonably comfortable bed, work desk, outside patio area. Rooms include sink and refriderator with kitchenette style counter space and cupboards. Rooms are a bit dated and bathroom shower water pressure is "loopy", which is common in older hotels that lack regular maintenance, or knowledgable maintenance staff to check and correct boiler pressure balance valves or booster pumps. An inconvenience, but not major issue. All around solid 3 stars considering the much higher cost of accomodations elsewhere during ADIPEC Conference. Should this hotel management spike pricing up to similar sky high prices during event, it's a definate pass. However in this case, at the value to price during ADIPEC it is an acceptable choice and hotel management is smart to keep prices reasonable during the event.

I’d book again if I come back to Abu dhabi

We didn’t have breakfast. The room was excellent and was cleaned service was excellent. Had a problem with flys but that was solved immediately on request.
