From the check in with a very nice a warm welcome from a Moroccan reception staff that I forgot the name of but he was super nice ,very high standard hospitality treatment ,the check in was very helpful and detailed for my comfort ,from him checking that the room was to my comfort ,to the housekeeping staffs checking later if I need amenities,the hotel is very clean and convenient with access to the mall.always my choice for long and short visits yes to Abu Dhabi .

The staff at the pool and in the some of the restaurants were very helpful some were quite snooty in particular front of house, which is unusual in a hotel. Breakfast buffet very varied and replenished quickly.

It is indeed a wonderful hotel. This is not our first day. The hotel is not the most beautiful from the outside however, the rooms are very clean, spacious, elegant, and was good toiletry and bedding. The breakfast included is excellent The gym is world class, it’s a proper gym where people I believe get external memberships The pool is nice with a bar and there’s also a beach that’s on the Canal so it’s not the best Service is very professional and attentive Overall, great hotel, maybe not as fancy as some others, but does the trick

Great location with great gym and pool. They have two parts of this hotel ( old and new ) I had to be pushy and ask to be moved to the new part and after some discussion the front office staff agreed ! Sadly there were some renovation going on and I had to call security to stop the drilling as it kept going till 11.30 pm !
