「Although boasted a 4-star, this hotel is very disappointing in almost every aspects. The TV is smaller than my PC monitor. There were 2 sheets left in the napkin box. The shower water is like dripping. The towels looked unclean. There was only one chair and one nightstand in the room. All these are not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. The front desk also refused to refund one-night stay due to the change in airline schedule although we contact them weeks before checking in.」

「We stayed for two days at Mirador del Titikaka and had a wonderful experience. The location is beautiful, with absolutely stunning views overlooking the area. Romario and Freddy were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even took the time to give us a tour of the surrounding area, which made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend trying the Lomo Saltado—the chef truly knows how to cook, and the food was excellent. Our dog also loved the stay and especially enjoyed meeting and...
