“Excellent and friendly attitude from the staff. Very clean and and five star breakfast which was included with my reservations. Kudos to whoever is managing the old Doha location of Embassy suites at Hilton. My family enjoyed the stay and would like to repeat it not only here but also at other places.”

“The hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious. The bedroom was very spacious, we were given an upgrade to sea view on check in. All staff were very welcoming and attentive and went out of their way to greet us. The pool staff went out of their way every morning to greet USA’s soon as we arrived at the au beds. We stayed half board, breakfast and evening meal. There was an ample choice for both and they cater for all tastes. Soup and puddings were always very good. The only negative comment that I……

“The staff were very nice, cheerful and helpful. Hlui booked me the taxi straight away on the morning of my departure, the taxi arrived in no time. The only thing is missing is the shutter bus: on my arrival at airport, I was told that I would have to wait 4 hours to get the next free service to the hotel...and in the morning the first shuttle is at 4am and the 2nd at 6am. It would be great to have more services maybe each hour would be better.”

“It’s the best hotel situated at the heart of Souq Waqif, a historic market just like stepping into One Thousand and One Night. If u stay in Doha for few days, should move into Souq Waqif hotels by Tivoli. It’s modern, clean and neat, very Islamic building. Excellent breakfast, shower and bed. No complaints about the quality. However Tivoli manage few boutique hotels situate at different part of Souq Waqif, I can only comment where we stay- the Al Bidda. ”

“My seond stay in this hotel. I booked this hotel because I want to have some swimming time and good sleeping time within long transit. However, the pool is out of service during my stay and when I booked the hotel (just 12 hours before check in) I have not got any notice on this. What a disappointment.”
