「This was a staycation for my husband and me, and after returning from an amazing holiday in Vietnam, we thought we’d try this fairly new hotel. While Newport Hotel is clean, quiet, and fairly nice, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. We truly appreciated the attentive staff and the peaceful, somewhat secluded location just off the main road. Unfortunately, the food was another story. My tuna salad, spring rolls, and fries were edible but definitely subpar. There were several...

「It’s in the community area so don’t expect luxury but it was decent for a wilderness experience that we came for. Our spiritual trip was a theme based on the exodus experience so this place was a god sent. Bed was decent, place was clean enough. And the yard and people were nice. They had a big fridge that fit all our fruits and drinks and pots and pans. The water was warm and they provided soap and toilet paper. What more could I asked for. We stayed 2 nights and it was in to the next one. We...

「Staff supreme」

While it is suitable for relaxation and connecting with nature, the resort is highly overpriced, and we did not feel we received value for our money.

「The staff were all very friendly but professional. Manager sorted out an issue we had seemlessly. He was very patient and handled the situation very well. I was very impressed with the service received I will be going back there」

「The accommodation was actually better than expected. The staff were really nice and welcoming. The only issue on the day was the hot water stopped working. However they provided hot water from a kettle to bath "old school style" 」
