「Charged by Expedia. While checking in charged again. Was told the Nordic Inn did not deal with Expedia and I would have to contact Expedia get a refund. I explained my reservation was made by Expedia. Staff did not care and refused to contact the manager. Through persistence staff eventually contacted the manager and my card was refunded.
