「Slava’s place was beautiful! We really enjoyed watching golfers on the tee box from the back patio. Plenty of dishes, toiletries, etc. Quiet and well-kept neighborhood with friendly neighbors. 「We wanted to like this house but there were a few major things that we couldn't look past - not all of them being the host's fault. Cleanliness was terrible. There were cobwebs everywhere, literally. The thickness of layer of dust on the ceiling fans was gross. Not to anyone's fault but there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom that we notified the host about when we noticed it during our stay. The AC for some reason had turned off halfway through our weekend stay so it made the house terribly...
