Very nice beautifully decorated 5 star hotel. Very good brand chain in Turkiye. Room was amazing. Food was delicious. Staff were excellent and friendly. Came from UK to visit Adana. We stayed there. Very different, very exquisite. Definitely recommend them.

The room cleanliness was OK, and the housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. Spa, hamam, and the pool are clean but needs more attention with the service. Valet service is perfect and free of charge. The bed mattress needs an upgrade. It doesn't feel like one of those nice hotel beds. I would book it again for my next trip.

The hotel was very well maintained and looked as if it were a new building inside even though it probably was extremely new. The staff were very professional and helpful. We found a plate of fresh fruit with compliments from manager when returned to the room after an outing. The AC seemed a bit slow but after an hour or so the room was very comfortable. We left very early to catch a flight from the airport so we did not try their breakfast but it was not included. Parking was included generally but we had to pay 300 TL ~4-5 euros) for the valet. Not sure if there were other parking options but we only stayed the one day. There are some varied dining options within a comfortable walking distances. The neighborhood seemed safe.

We only stayed for one night. The rooms are big and comfortable. The spa is very nice. The breakfast was amazing. Staff helpful. Only thing that was a issue was the aircondition placed above the bed. Not very smart.
