This is he best hotel in Addis Ababa. It’s located in the heart of city so most of the major attractions are just a few minutes away by car. The breakfast buffet experience is second to none - I felt like royalty. The price is expensive but I recommend anyone who can afford it to stay at this hotel at least once in their life.

Excellent hotel. Fantastic staff and facilities. Only problem was that the swimming pool heater was broken. But I managed and braved the cold water anyway. Thoroughly recommend.

The hotel is nice overall, but it's showing its age. The furniture is old and cracked. The bathroom fixtures are worn down, and the shower isn't working properly. Even though it’s a Sheraton Luxury Collection hotel, almost everything feels dated and no longer meets today’s standards.
