「What a nice little place! They had everything we needed! A hottub, a kitchen, and a quiet getaway spot to be with a couple friends. In the summer months, there's a beautiful pool, but it was just too cold for us in March. Loved the apartment, and loved how cozy & comfortable it was for us!!!」

「I needed a comfortable place to stay for a few nights. My days were packed so it was really just a place to lay my head. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The unit had a completely functional kitchen and it was very clean. It’s an old building renovated into separate apartments, buts it’s very functional. Floors were uneven in places but that’s expected in such an old building. Bathroom was clean and there was great water pressure in the shower. I will stay here again.」

「The location of this property is absolutely amazing and for the most part everything was perfect. My only issues are that we didn't find out until after booking that the property is shared with renters living upstairs. This to me is an issue and should be shared before booking. When you rent a Vacation Rental you don't expect people to be onsite. The other small issues are the towels were not fresh and crunchy and the game room was filled with spider webs. 「There is a lot to like about this property, much of which has been mentioned in other reviews. We particularly enjoyed the deck with the large yard which provided a nice quiet place to relax. But beyond that, for us it was all about the location. It was wonderful after a busy day at MIS to return and have a very comfortable space to stay. The location really is ideal if you ever have the opportunity to visit the racetrack. It was a short 10-15 minute drive with a couple of convenience store...

「Clean, quiet, no issues. Necessities available. Easy access to Jackson, I-94, I-127. Everything worked--almost ~!~! Large bedroom needs some lights. No overhead, one didn't work, other 2 very low wattage bulbs. At least 2 probably a fire hazard. TV has been discussed with owner. Great place with a few upgrades needed ~!~!~!」

「We stayed in the apt attached/above horse arena. Super clean, quiet, brand new everything, huge t.v's and darling horsey decor. Coming down the drive is beautiful w horses in pastures and added bonus there was a new foal w momma when we stayed, so cute!! Super friendly hosts, truly one of best stays in quite some time. As apt is well stocked, easy to keep clean w perfect flooring, great kitchen and laundry. Already booked for next year!」

「From CJ, to the accommodations, to the wonderful small town USA, I loved my trip! The apartment has everything you need for a restful trip. I loved the hot shower with the awesome water pressure. Parking next to the unit was certainly a plus. In fact there are no negatives I could assign to CJ’s place. It’s super quiet, but close to anything you would need from town. CJ was very responsive and a wonderful host. If I am ever in the area again, this will definitely be my first choice.」

「The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Had a great time using hot tub and bon fires. The fire pit was stacked with wood, burned to t the at the first night. We had to gather wood from the wooded area in the back for other fires. Would have liked more firewood available on site. Very cute decor, loved our stay.」

「My daughter and I spent Mother's Day weekend plus a couple more days at this cottage, both last year and this year. It's clean, bright and cheery with a great view of the lake. My daughter went kayaking while I watched from the deck. We went into town on the Saturday night for a nice dinner, but other than that, we spent most of the time in the cottage. Oh, we got tattoos!! That was fun!」
