「close to the mountain」

「This property is very dated, and it shows it, through flow around the three buildings to get to the amenities, parking areas, fixtures, appliances, dilapidated exteriors, bathroom, and common spaces. These buildings are 45 years old and they wear it. The room was a fine space to spend a weekend, but a cheap, clunky, ugly portable 'closet' installed between the bedroom and living room in place of a wall interrupted the flow of the unit in a jarring manner. Extra blankets in said closet smelled...

「Vacasa customer service was great. The place where we stayed was clean and the location was awesome.」

「The surfaces were clean but the ceiling had dust hanging down from the stucco. The bar was detaching from the counter. There were a bunch of repairs done to the walls and never painted. Cracks in the ceiling and drywall damage in the bathrooms. The add listed parking on the ground floor but when we got there that lot was under construction and forced us up an outside stair case and then 2 more stair cases in the building. Tough to kid in and out with two adults and 3 kids with ski/snowboard...

「Great place! Ski in/out. We had a power outage happen in the last day- ground crew actively working on it and property manager responsive! The bunk room had a trundle which was great for the bus. No couch surfing :-)」
