「All staff members need to be on one accord in being apologetic for any unapproved or unknown charges when the customer calls in to make inquiry. I was dismissed , I suggested that only the cardholder should be allowed to approve any charges to the room as it appears anyone can know a room number and grab a bottled drink and ask the front desk employee to complete said transaction without a person knowing.」
