「The only reason this is a TERRIBLE review is the manager, Palak Patel. At AM check out:
10:30am- I went to front desk to tell Palak I'd been searching for my glasses for 1 hour, I couldn't drive without them, and might need extra time to find them. He deadpan told me I had 30 min to find them because checkout was at 11am, no apology, no emotion, no compassion.
11am- Returned to say I still hadn't found them. He said he had already helped me all he could by telling me I had until 11am to find...
