「Just lost my wife to cancer and the family decided on a nice getaway. Mother in law ended up finding this place and I’m glad she did. The hospitality was amazing and the kids had a blast at the property especially the indoor pool. Everything we needed for a nice getaway was there and more as the property owner was always in contact and making sure we had what we needed at all times.」

「The house was nice! It is an older house that has been remodeled. Obviously, like with any older house, there were some small issues but Steven took care of them immediately. Don't expect anything fancy, but for the price, it was great! The game room downstairs was awesome to keep kids entertained! We would definitely stay there again.」

「We loved this property. We had children of all ages and there was something for all of them. So many thoughtful things were included. It was clean and nicely furnished. The only thing that would have made it better would be if there was a bathroom out in the party barn.」

「My wife and I booked this home for a few nights stay during participation in the Ironman DesMoines 70.3. It was close to the city, and located in a quiet neighborhood area. The house was ready and clean, and Charlton was quick to respond to questions or concerns we had during our stay. If we come back to the area, I would definitely stay again.」

「What an awesome loft in downtown Des Moines. Everything was as we expected. City living and access to tons of restaurants and shopping. Our Host was on point and made sure that we received a 5-Star experience and we did! The dog area on the 6th floor was perfect for our Papillion Loco.」

「Everything was great in this quiet neighborhood. The house was cozy and very welcoming. Loved that there was plenty of towels and all the bath toiletries provided was a plus. There was coffee/hot chocolate pods provided which was nice plus since they are not always offered. The deck area with table and chairs was really nice(although the deck could have used a little tidying up).」

「The host was great! The check in instructions were very helpful in finding the garage that was for our use while staying at this rental. We had one request and the host took care of this request.
