The room was spacious and tidy. The view from the fifth floor was spectacular. The air conditioning worked well. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Super convenient location to Rundle Mall. However, it was a bit noisy with a fair few vagrants about.

Very central location, however a bit noisy in the evenings as pub nearby. Reception staff very friendly.

Room was nothing like in photos. Dirty old box air conditioner. Frayed carpet. Bathroom old, wash basin cracked enamel. Both rooms booked bad. We left after 30 min to another hotel. Not good for families. Not worth it. Not a good area. Room overpriced for facilities. Unacceptable. Cannot recommend it to anyone. Only positive was staff member at check-in was lovely, friendly & helpful.

The room was shabby and not well cleaned. Noticeable dust under the bed. Curtains on the worn side and one window appeared to be missing the internal one . The room was extremely noisy as it has an alleyway running down the side. I was woken multiple times by passer-by's and trucks including a rubbish truck. I arrived very late and had problems with the bond $200. The one big plus was the receptionist who was extremely kind given the late hour she was contacted. Convenient location. Value for money definitely not.

Clean,friendly, management amazing, close to everything, busy out in the street at night lots of bars and restaurants. The noise of the street was heard in the room. But overall for the couple of days we were central to everything and able to walk everywhere we needed to go.

From the moment I walked in, on a busy Friday night the manager was friendly, helpful and efficient at checking in. The room was dated but absolutely clean as. No views from my room which didn't bother me. The room was quiet and comfortable.. It was a close walk to Adelaide Oval for the footy. Great restaurants and bars in the area too. The location is 💯 and I'd definitely stay here again if visiting Adelaide.

This place is great for the price, the property is older, so the place has a few age related issues, but it was clean and worked great for us. The customer service was great and the property is located next to Rundle mall and tourist destination like the museum and art gallery.
