「The front desk staff are friendly as same as IHG hotel, one of the lady didn’t show enthusiasm to help when I called to replace a pillow because all pillows are too soft (even if the firm ones), obviously they are aged, the lady at the reception said that no, they don’t have other pillows. Really enjoyed our stay at The Louise. The staff there was very attentive and friendly during our 2-night stay there. They always had a smile and made it a truly comfortable experience. The restaurant Appellation had the most amazing and unobstructed view of the vineyards. We found it very relaxing to watch sunset every evening as we dined there.
